Returns
You can initiate a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care items, and customized products, may not be eligible for returns.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Dropnex error or a defective item.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, you can request a replacement for the same product (subject to stock availability).
Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear images, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
